COLUMBUS, Ohio -- NBC 4 (WCMH-TV) celebrates six years of working for a healthier Central Ohio and invites you to the 6th Annual NBC 4 Health & Lifestyle Expo. The Expo takes place on Saturday, September 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, September 14 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Exhibit Hall C of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Attendees can get everything needed to lead a healthier life at the NBC 4 Health & Lifestyle Expo. And it's all free. More free life saving screenings and tests will be offered than ever before. These are offered both days of the event on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. Cholesterol screenings will be provided, in part, by Kroger. Returning this year, Mount Carmel Health's Drive Against Prostate Cancer offers a "doctor's office on wheels" that provides free, private and comprehensive exams; and COPD Foundation with pulmonary function tests. New this year, Davita Dialysis will provide kidney function screenings. Attendees can also donate blood at the on-site American Red Cross Blood Drive, get important diet and exercise tips as well as enjoy activities and demonstrations for the entire family.

New this year and offered in the NBC 4 Pavilion, the DTV Road Show will answer all your questions about the transition to digital television in February 2009 and the League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Columbus will help you fill out a voter registration form prior to the October 6 deadline.
